– Write down a list of goals you want to achieve during your internship period. The aspect of goal setting is essential as it can ensure that you gain the relevant skills that your future full-time employees are looking for. This will also keep a record of the work you have done and help you avoid exploitation keeping aware of your work routine.
– Sometimes your supervisors are so busy they forget that you exist (they are people too, so they need time to get used to). So if you have not been allocated to a job, ask your supervisor. If you find yourself finishing the work prior it’s due time, ask for new projects or look to read company journals or professional articles.
